As we mentioned previously, Grimpond now uses a Support Ticket System for all requests and jobs from Clients. This applies to Hosting Clients, SEO clients and Web Design Clients.
We have just received notification from a client that they received a call today from a person with an accent claiming to be from Grimpond Marketing.
Much like the Telstra/Windows/SEO phone calls that we all get, this scammer wanted access to the client’s website and/or computer and started on her ‘spiel’, but was cut off by the client who was savvy enough to know it was a scam.
With the change in hosting infrastructure here at Grimpond Marketing, some clients will have to adjust their email configurations in their email client/software.
For most clients this will require a change of login/username for your email account.
Nothing else should need to be changed.
