One of those changes is moving to a Ticket Based Support System to replace the current email system that we use.

As we all know, emails get lost, missed and forgotten and we wanted to improve our service to all our clients, and ensure that each client has a record of all requests and changes made.

The new Ticket-based system solves all those issues.

You will also find the Submit Tickets and Show Tickets link on the top menu and on the side menu.
