The ticket system allows Grimpond to attend to ‘jobs’ in a timely fashion, and keep the client up to date with progress on the ‘job’ submitted. It also ensures that ‘jobs’ are not missed, and allocated the correct priority in the work queue.
All Clients have been notified of their support login details and I encourage you to use the ticket system for even the smallest and simplest of jobs. Then both Grimpond and You – ‘the client’ – will have a record of what was done and when. Ensuring that the quality service that you expect is delivered on time and correctly.
